Products and choosing safely

Check the product name, size, description and suitability before ordering. Packaging can change, but the goods supplied must match their description. Ask us if you are unsure about a surface, formulation or professional-use restriction. Application notes are a guide; read the label and the safety data sheet for your exact product before use.

Prices and payment

The selected currency and product price are shown on the storefront. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final payable total must be clear before you submit payment. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. No additional charge will be added without your agreement.

Placing an order

You can review and correct your basket, delivery address and order before submitting it. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods and associated delivery charges where applicable.

If there is an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you before accepting the order so you can choose whether to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel. We will not substitute an item or increase its price without your agreement.

Product use and responsibility

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the manufacturer’s directions, precautions and protective-equipment requirements. Test on a small, inconspicuous area where appropriate. This does not remove our responsibility for goods that are faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Questions or complaints

Email us with your order reference and the issue. We will investigate and explain our proposed resolution. You can also write to our registered office. That address is for correspondence; contact us before sending a product return.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or their right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them where they live. These terms apply to consumer purchases; separate trade arrangements must be agreed before a business purchase.

The terms supplied with your order apply to that order. Later changes to this page do not retrospectively change your contract.
